Mariah & Alejandro’s Mount Rainier Engagement Session
Mount Rainier is one of the most iconic locations in Washington state and makes an absolutely incredible backdrop for engagement photos. It’s also one of the most popular parks in Washington, which means avoiding the crowds takes a little extra skill. It’s possible to get spots almost entirely to yourself though, with a little planning, which is exactly what happened during Mariah and Alejandro’s fall engagement session at Mount Rainier National Park.
After Dom and I had spent the day leisurely exploring the park and enjoying a relaxing lunch at Copper Creek Inn Restaurant, an adorable little spot just outside the Paradise entrance of Mount Rainier NP, we met up with Mariah and Alejandro on a sunny afternoon in early September. From the moment we met, the conversations flowed so effortlessly with these two! They have both lived such interesting lives and had so much to share. We chatted about life, work, and past adventures as we explored the trails of the Paradise region of Mount Rainier National Park for their engagement session.
As we hiked around, we stopped anytime someone went, “Oooo, look at this pretty spot!” or “Wow, that view!” to capture M & A’s Mount Rainier engagement photos.
The bright sunshine of the day slowly faded to a warm glow, casting a magical aura over the rolling subalpine meadows of Paradise. It really doesn’t take much imagination to see how this beautiful region of Mount Rainier National Park got its name! As the light continued to fade, we took out our lanterns to guide our way as we navigated the winding paths back toward the parking lot. A perfect ending to a gorgeous fall engagement session at Mount Rainier National Park.
It such a treat any time we get to capture special moments and memories in someone’s life and this beautiful engagement session was no different! From the perfect weather and gorgeous views to the effortless conversations and laughs, this is an even that will live rent free in our minds for a long time.
